1. CaterTrax On-Line Ordering System

a. CaterTrax link:

b. You will need to establish an initial login and password in order to set up your CaterTrax account.

2. Payment

a. The preferred method of payment is by credit card to order through the CaterTrax system.

b. Secondary method is a hard copy invoice sent and paid through Mercury Marine AP.

3. Rush Orders

a. CaterTrax will not accept orders with less than 24 hours notice.

b. For “Rush Orders” of less than 24 hours, please call the Café directly

c. Inform the staff of your request and let them know that it is a rush order

d. Once you have placed your order via phone, log into CaterTrax and place the on-line order for the same items that you called into the Café

e. Put the delivery date out 1-week, note the invoice number, and submit the order via CaterTrax.

f. Send an email with the invoice number on it to the café and we will manually adjust the delivery date of your submitted order to reflect the ‘actual date’ in CaterTrax

g. You will receive a copy of the corrected invoice/delivery date through the CaterTrax system
